Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Our products are shipped from our fulfilment partners located in the United Kingdom and international warehouses.

Estimated delivery time to the U.K. is typically 7–15 business days, depending on your location and the product ordered.

Delays may occur due to high demand, customs processing, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all U.K. orders unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming that your order is on the way.

You can track your order at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page and entering your order number together with the email address or phone number used at checkout.

Please allow up to 3–5 days for tracking information to become available.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Ridvern is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, please contact us at contact@ridvern.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, or your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Ridvern is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@ridvern.com with photos of the item and packaging.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
